Losing weight, gaining health – Vijay Bharti’s weight loss journey

- Give health top priority in your daily life and don’t lie to yourself and to your coach when it comes to food intake.
- Know the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods and try to avoid unhealthy foods as much as possible.
