7. Avoid grain for 2 days during dinner in this phase. Or have 1-2 small thin chapatti of 6 inches.
8. Water consumption should be minimum 3 litres.
9. Apart from a cup of teatox, have at least 2 glasses of liquid daily (a combination of vegetable juice, buttermilk, lime water, tender coconut water).
