The topics of these research papers range from ‘PCOS in obese/overweight women’ to ‘impact of diet in HbA1C level in Type 2 Diabetic patients’. Our very own clients with various disorders participated in the study and their weight loss progress and improved health condition were recorded

The main purpose of these research papers is to bring out the positive effects of eating highly nutritious foods and specially formulated Truweight superfoods.

A study was conducted by Truweight to assess the impact of weight loss and how it improved the symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The study was conducted on PCOS clients enrolled in the Truweight program. The study predominantly focused on diet modifications.


Truweight conducted a study on how its popular 10-days detox and one-month weight loss program help with weight loss. Around 120 clients participated in this single-arm trial study. The clients had already enrolled in the Truweight weight loss program.


Truweight Wellness carried out a study for 12-weeks to determine the effectiveness of the diet plans suggested by Truweight with respect to weight loss and glycaemic control in NIDDM individuals who are overweight and obese.


The main objective of the study was to determine the impact of Truweight’s diabetic weight loss program on Type 2 diabetes and to observe the relation between body weight (BMI) and  HbA1C levels among the Type 2 Diabetic clients enrolled in Truweight weight loss program.
