Truweight High Protein Atta has 50% more protein than normal regular atta. This high protein atta includes psyllium husk, fenugreek, peas etc as its ingredients.

As compared to more than 90% wheat in most brands of multigrain atta, Truweight’s Multigrain Hi-Protein Atta has 77% wheat and 23% gluten-free ingredients.

It has a higher content of protein (Pea & rice protein added), fibre and phytonutrients than similar products in the market; that being said it has more than 85% whole grains.
