When you walk in at our West Marredpally, Hyderabad office. You are greeted by our counselor; he/she will take all your basic information (personal details, health profile, lifestyle details, and weight history and fitness goals). Then the client will go through a Body Composition Analysis is done by the BCA machine which determines the muscle %, fat %, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, body mass index (BMI) and the body age. After this is done, the client will meet a nutritionist who will provide a detailed diet plan, consultation and recommend changes that the client has to do in terms of nutrients.

Based on the recommendations from Nutritionist, the counselor will prescribe the most suitable package which will help them achieve their fitness goals. The membership is registered only when the client makes payment. The client can take the superfood kit along with them. Your daily progress will be monitored by our Nutritionist via the Truweight app.
