5. Chromium

6. Chitosan

Ephedrine has been banned by the FDA due to the serious side effects posed by it on the human health.

Its effects include hypertension, heart palpitations, acne, anorexia, urinary tract problems, confusion, insomnia, delusions, paranoia, panic attacks, headaches and dizziness, plus many more [8].

1. Anxiety

Most fat burner tablets increase your cortisol level, which is the stress hormone. For people already suffering from anxiety disorders or depression, consumption of fat burner tablets may aggravate the problem.

5. Death

Yes, you read it right! In the worst scenarios, prolonged use of fat burner tablets may also cause death. The reason why these fat burner tablets have not been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Association) is due to the various common and serious side effects caused by the fat burner tablets.

So before you even think of buying and consuming these fat burner tablets, it is strongly advised to consult your doctor. You should never take these fat burner tablets without proper supervision, for it may land you in serious trouble!
