Ingredients:

  • Upma mix – 2 sachets or 40 g each
  • Peas – 50 g or ½ cup
  • Carrot – 50 g or 1 medium
  • Capsicum – 50 g or 1 medium
  • Chilies – 2 Nos.
  • Tomato – 50 g or 1 medium
  • Cabbage (optional) – 1 small piece
  • Sprouts -50  g or ½  cup

 

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat 2 cups water. Add all the chopped vegetable, sprouts and peas to the boiling water and cook for 5 min.
  2. Then add the upma mix and cook for another 5 min and finally add chopped coriander to it and serve hot.
