Carrot peeled – 100 gm

Beetroot – 50 gm

White pumpkin – 100 gm

Cucumber peeled – 150 gm

Black pepper to taste

Green chili – 1

Ginger- 2 gm

Tomatoes- 100 gm

 

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender till fine consistency.
