Vegetable Juice for Weight Loss


Vegetable juice is the usage of raw vegetables and is an innovative way to add vegetables to the diet. Beetroot – 50 gm

White pumpkin – 100 gm

Cucumber peeled – 150 gm

Black pepper to taste

Green chili – 1

Ginger- 2 gm

Tomatoes- 100 gm


Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender till fine consistency.
