Ingredients-

  • 4 Whole Wheat Pizza bases (available at ratnadeep and nature’s basket)
  • 1 Big Onion chopped
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 2 medium sizes Tomato chopped
  • 7-8 Mushrooms boiled and chopped
  • 150 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 7-8 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 7-8 Black Olives chopped
  • 2 Cube Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Ajwain seeds
  • Oregano leaves (optional)
  • Paprika or ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salsa sauce (available at ratnadeep or home-made)

METHOD-

1st mixture

  1. Heat a non-stick kadai and add ½ tablespoon oil.
  2. Now add crushed garlic. When garlic becomes light brown add cottage cheese and mushrooms and sortee in low flames for 3-4 minutes till cottage cheese becomes light brown. Add chopped olives and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Now add salt, oregano and paprika. Keep the mixture aside.

2nd mixture

  1. Heat a non-stick kadai and add ½ tablespoon oil to it.
  2. Now add ajwain and wait till it becomes light brown.
  3. Add chopped onions to the kadai and sortee it for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped capsicum and sortee the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, oregano and paprika (or ½ teaspoon red chilli powder)
  4. Now add tomato and cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Now mix both the vegetable mixture and allow it to cool.

Pizza Topping

  1. Grease the top of the pizza with 1 tablespoon salsa sauce.
  2. Now add the combine vegetable mixture on the top and sprinkle cheese on top of the vegetables. (½ cube cheese for 1 pizza bread).
  3. Sprinkle 3-4 drops of milk on top.
  4. Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
  5. Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius till it gets golden brown.
