Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Shake-a-day Vanilla
  • 50 g Seethaphal
  • 200 ml Low-fat milk
  • 2 Almond
  • 2 Walnut

Instructions

  1. In a mixer grinder add the fruits, shake-a-day, nuts and milk.

  2. Pour the mixture into a mug or a glass.
