What can be better than a bowl of healthy salad! We present to you yet another tasty salad recipe which combines the protein power from moong dal and the vitamins from cucumber. Ingredients

    • Cucumber – 50 gm
    • Carrot – 50 gm
    • Grated Coconut – 20gm
    • Green Chilli – 1 tsp
    • Split Urad Dal – 30 gm
    • Salt – to taste
    • Garlic – 3 pods
    • Mustard – 1/2 tsp
    • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
    • Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp

Method

  1.  Take cucumber in a bowl. Add carrot, grated coconut, split urad dal, green chilli, lemon juice and some salt.
  2.  Mix them thoroughly.
  3.  You are ready to serve your bowl of nutritious salad!
