Crunchy Salad For Healthy Munching!

It is best for small meal healthy munching.

(Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS 

  • 30 gms high protein mix
  • 15 gms roasted chana
  • 15 gms groundnuts
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 tsp flax seeds (roasted and powdered)
  • Lemon juice as required

PREPARATION:

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables like cucumber, onion, capsicum and add them to a high protein mix.
  2. Add the roasted chana and groundnuts. Mix well and garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
