Crunchy Salad For Healthy Munching!
It is best for small meal healthy munching.
- 30 gms high protein mix
- 15 gms roasted chana
- 15 gms groundnuts
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 tsp flax seeds (roasted and powdered)
- Lemon juice as required
- Finely chop all the vegetables like cucumber, onion, capsicum and add them to a high protein mix.
- Add the roasted chana and groundnuts. Mix well and garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
