A Healthy Concoction ‘Cinnamon-Walnut’ Smoothie!

The Cinnamon-Walnut Smoothie is punched with a healthy content of carbohydrates and fats, which are bound to keep you energized all day long.

(Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 5-7 walnuts
  • Vanilla extract or flavor
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ -1 scoop of whey protein powder (optional)

 

PREPARATION:

Blend everything well in the blender.

You can also add whey protein powder to increase the protein content.
