Choco Protein Dessert

Truweight Shake-a-day – 1 sachet

Apple medium – 50 g or 1

Banana (small) – 50 g or 1

Pomegranate (small) – 50 g or 1

Nuts (chopped) – 1 tsp

Low-fat milk (boiled) – 10-15 ml


Method of preparation:

  1. Mix a sachet of shake-a-day with milk. Mix it until it becomes thick. Pour into a dessert glass and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Mix the pomegranate, chopped banana, chopped apple, nuts and sprinkle pomegranate seeds into the Choco shake layer.
  3. Refrigerate for half an hour and serve cool.
