Chatpata Makki Ka Chilla Recipe

Chillas are underrated pancakes that could pack in nutrition. Most of the time stuffed with cheese or dipped in oil, this simple pancake (OK, dosa variant) has much more potential.

Guess what, we explored this and trust it, makai chillas are an absolute must-have! This chilla uses antioxidant-rich makai flour with tangy spices to tingle your taste buds.

This is a quick and delicious recipe. We have tried it and it turns out great. We also tried a different variation to it by using fresh corn kernels and gram flour instead of only makkai ka atta. The corn kernels are grounded in a mixie and mixed with gram flour, then rest of the recipe is same. It turns out awesome and a more healthier option.
