  • 1-1/2 cup boiled brown rice.

White sauce-

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200-300 ml water
  • 1 cube grated cheese (OPTIONAL)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Tossed vegetables for white sauce-

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 8-9 Mushrooms chopped and boiled for 2 minutes
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 6-7 tinned chopped black olives (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 tbsp boiled American corn
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste

Red sauce-

  • 1 nos onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 big tomatoes churned in grinder
  • 6-7 nos cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 80-100 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste



    White sauce-

    1. In a non-stick pan add 1tsp olive oil.

    2. Now add wheat flour and cook it continuously in medium flame for 4-5 minutes till it become golden brown.

    3. Add milk and steer continuously, after two minutes add water and salt. Cook it for 2 minutes, if lumps are formed then drain it.

    4. Now add black pepper and cheese.

    White sauce vegetables-

    1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan

    2. Add all the vegetables and cook it in medium flame for 5-10 minutes till vegetables become little brown

    3. Add salt, paprika and oregano.

    4. Now add it to the white sauce mixture.

    5. Now add 60% of rice to the mixture.

    Red sauce-

    1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.

    2. Add onion and capsicum and cook it for 5 minutes.

    3. Now add tomato puree and salt.

    4. After two minutes add paprika and oregano.

    5. When the sauce starts to boils and milk and stair continuously till milk starts to boil.

    6. Add 40% of rice to the mixture.


    1. Take a bake dish and grease it with olive oil.

    2. Add red sauce mixture and settle the mixture in the bottom of the dish.

    3. Now add white sauce mixture on the top.

    4. Pre heat the oven to 200 degree Celsius and bake the dish for 10 minutes.
