Ingredients

  • Low Fat Curd – 1 Cup
    Beetroot- 50 gm or 1 No
    Seeds Cocktail – 2tsp
    Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tsp
    Black Salt- 1/4 tsp
    Green Chilli – 1 No
    Mint Leaves (For Garnishing) – A few

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately.
