  • Pomegranate -1  fruit small
  • Beetroot – peeled and chopped -1/4 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice -2 tsp
  • Mint leaves –  Few


  1. Cut the pomegranate and separate the seeds from the white membrane.
  2. Add chopped beetroot pieces and mint leaves add 1/4 cup of water and blend it for a few seconds in a blender or mixie.
  3. Add lemon juice at the end. Enjoy
