  • Soya milk- 300 ml
  • Raw walnuts- 10-12
  • Watermelon seeds- 15 gms
  • Chironji seeds- 5 gms
  • Unrefined sugar- 10 gm
  • Cinnamon powder- 1 gm
  • Bitter chocolate- 50 gm


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.  Blend all together until you reach a smooth consistency.
