Lose weight from the face
Every time we meet someone new or after a long time, the first thing we notice about them is their face. “Wow, you look so different!” is a standard line in such situations and 90% of the time, we’re talking about their face. Everything else is secondary.
So it goes without saying that your face is your first and most important representative. Unfortunately though, the face is also very sensitive to stresses and changes in the body. Slept too much or too little last night? Forgot to remove makeup before sleeping? Gained some weight over the holidays? You can bet that your face will show it.
If you want to lose weight from the face, the first thing to realize is that it is not possible to remove fat from just one area of the body. Just like weight gain causes you to put on inches all over your body, your face too gains a layer of fat too. The moral here is that we need to stop believing all those web pages on the internet telling you that there is a special exercise to help you lose weight only from your cheeks. No matter how much gum you chew, you suddenly won’t wake up one day with a defined jawline. The only way to lose weight from the face and get all those compliments about how healthy and radiant you look, is by losing weight in a healthy way. Eat nutritious and fat regulating foods to jumpstart your weight loss and exercise in order to strengthen yourself, these are the only two ways of weight loss that actually work.
