    Really a good article. I am 43 yr with a height of 179 cm. I weighed 106 Kg in Mid Sept and then decided to lose weight. Started walking 10 Km plus every day(6 to 7 Km in mrng & 3 Km in evening) and started following a diet plan too. My schedule is as below-
    Wake up @5.15, Go for walk- 5.30 to 6.30, Breakfast @8.30-9.00- 2 Paratha (Not fried on Tawa but with ghee after its cooked) with Dal/Sabzi(leftover from last night) along with 1 cup of milk. Then at around 11-11.30- An Apple, Lunch @1.30-1.45- One Roti & One bowl of Rice with Dahi, Dal & Sabzi.
    Then in evening- A cup of normal tea with milk and without sugar along with 5 Almonds. Walk again for about 30 minutes-3 km. Dinner @8.30-8.45- A full platter of Veg/Fruit/Sprout/Rajma/Chana- Salad and a bowl of dal/Sabzi with NO Roti/Rice.
    There had been two cheat days by default in alternate weeks when I had to travel for official work.
    I have lost aound 8 Kgs in last six weeks to 98 Kg. Now, for last one week, my weight has NOT gone down any further. Pl advise if i am on right track or what more i can do to reduce it to 80 Kgs.

      You have to fix your daily life routine first. Wake up early in the morning at 05:00am and perform morning walk minimum 30minute. Then yoga up to 15 minutes.
